College recruiting

At Lunatics Volleyball Club in Nephi, Utah, our goal is to support motivated volleyball players who want to explore opportunities to compete at the collegiate level. We provide realistic guidance, thoughtful athlete preparation, and practical resources to help each player navigate their recruiting journey with confidence.

More than a club season

College preparation begins with everyday standards. Through competitive court training, small rosters, and focused mentorship, we encourage coachability, resilience, and personal growth both on and off the court.

Athlete development

We emphasize consistent technical refinement, tactical volleyball IQ, and dedicated positional development. Character, effort, and accountability remain the foundation of everything we teach.

Recruiting profiles and film

We help families organize accurate recruiting film and structured profile packets detailing graduation year, verified athletic measurements, primary and secondary positions, upcoming tournament schedules, and academic interests. Player profiles are strictly private and never published openly; they are accessible only behind a secure, password-protected portal with express guardian and athlete permission.

College coach outreach

We empower athletes to take ownership of their path by teaching them how to craft professional introductory emails, share organized game footage, provide tournament itineraries, and conduct courteous follow-ups. We do not claim existing partnerships or automatic placements, focusing instead on developing self-reliant communicators.

Finding the right fit

Every collegiate journey is unique. We encourage players to explore opportunities across NCAA Division I, II, and III, NAIA programs, and junior colleges. Finding the right program means balancing athletic aspirations with academic priorities, financial affordability, team culture, and campus environment.

College connections

As collegiate programs respond to our athlete communications, verified school names will be shared here. College program updates coming soon. Please note that an exploratory reply or general communication never guarantees an athletic offer or scholarship.

For college coaches

College coaches seeking information on eligible student-athletes can request access to our coach-only portal. This secure area is currently under development to ensure all player data remains private and compliant with family permissions.

For athletes and families

Success in recruiting requires proactive effort: train with discipline, keep your academic grades strong, consistently archive match film, discuss family goals openly, and thoroughly research institutions. For current academic eligibility and amateurism requirements, review guidelines directly at the NCAA Eligibility Center.

Train like Lunatics. Play like champions. Dream beyond high school.
